Update: the site is no longer functioning.

We’ve had some reports of posts being republished without permission at luiscorreia.com. If one of your posts has been published there without permission, and you are the copyright holder of the material in that post, you can send a DMCA notice to the following addresses. This information was obtained from Whois and is believed to be accurate at the time this post was written, but you should confirm it yourself before taking action.

luiscorreia.com appears to be currently hosted on 72.36.250.186, a server located at the LayeredTech data center. Their email address for abuse reports is:

abuse@layeredtech.com

Specific information about sending a copyright infringement notice to LayeredTech is available here. If your copyrighted material has been used without permission you can send a DMCA notice to that address demanding the removal of that material. You should identify the specific URLs that contain the infringing copy, state clearly that you are the copyright holder of that material and that you require its immediate removal, and give your full name and contact information. A sample DMCA notice can be found here, under the heading “DMCA Notice to Host”.

Please note that the web hosting company merely manages the server on which that site is running; they are not responsible for its content and are probably unaware of its purpose.

Update, May 28: it appears that the copied blogs in question have been removed. We don’t know if it was removed by the site owner or hosting company, but thanks are due to Gnax if they took the appropriate action.

truthfulnews.com appears to be currently hosted on 64.22.82.34, a server managed by the hosting company Gnax. Their email address for abuse reports is:

abuse@gnax.net

They do not provide specific instructions for reporting copyright infringement.
